When exactly can we purchase a booth for the TEE Nov Event?

The Registration it is currently open, and you can benefit from special Early Bird prices. The deadline for Early Bird exhibitor registration is the 1st of June 2019.

Is there a deadline to purchase a booth?

The exhibitor registration is open until July 1st, 2019.

How many booths can we book?

Each exhibitor is allotted one booth only specific for his/her institute.

What is included in the booth?

  • On the top of booth the name of your institution / organization will be mentioned visibly.
  • The name and logo of your institution / organization will be included in conference catalogue
  • There will be table/s, chairs, power socket, bin and other essentials for a booth
  • You will be comfortably able to use your own materials including Roll-ups, Brochures, Flyers and other advertisement materials.
  • You will be freely able to decorate your booth within the limits general conception of the event

Can we choose the location of our booth?

Yes, you may choose the location of your booth, this procedure shall;however, be executed on a “first come, first served” basis

May I share my booth with another company?

As per the rules and regulations of TEE 2019, you are not permitted to share your booth with another company

How many passes will I get for my booth staff?

The maximum number of representatives for a single booth/table is 2 people, the organizers may accept more names for badges, but no more than 2 people should be at the same time at a single booth/table. If the customer would like to bring more representatives, a larger space should be contracted.

Can I set up the booth prior to the day of the exhibition?

Yes, you can set up your booth on the 8th of july starting from 19:00 until 23:00 shall you wish to do so.

Is any service or assistance provided for my booth?

·         Manager Assistant & Translator Assistant.
·         Access to Univer ID system for free.

What will be the available time frame for the exhibition?

The Education fair will be held starting from 14:30 until 19:30 on the 9th & 10th of july 2019.

How many attendees are expected?

During the July 2019 Edition of TEE, we are expecting an approximate number of +4,000 attendees.

Do you release a list of attendees?

Each exhibitor will have the right to access the database of all the students who have attended the event and visited their booth.

Will you provide lunch for exhibitors?

An open Buffet will be provided for lunch and for the afternoon refreshments for the 3 days of the event. 9th -11th july 2019.

How will the internet connectivity be provided?

WI-FI access throughout the hotel will be provided.The WI-FI password will be set as the name of one of the exhibiting institutes as a part of our exclusive sponsoring packs.

Can I send brochures prior to my arrival to Tunisia?

Yes, you can send your advertising material prior to your arrival to our Tunis Branch Office.

I am interested in exhibiting in the event, what do I need to do?

You need to submit your exhibitor application before the 1st of June 2019. You will receive your invitation letter and Hotel booking confirmation after paying the full participation fees. If you need a visa to enter Tunisia, you should submit your documents to the nearest Tunisian Embassy. The visa is issued in 5 days on average.

Can I get assistance for availing my visa?

An invitation letter and a hotel booking confirmation will be provided upon the payment of participation fees to be submitted along with your documents when applying for the visa.

Travel and accommodation facilities

You will be lodged in the city of Tunis, capital of Tunisia in the 5 stars newly established Hotel: Laico Hotel Tunis. The Carthage airport is only a half-an-hour drive away.


Our official photographers will be present during the event.

Availability of show catalogue?

Our show catalogue is distributed to all visitors on Show days! As a participating exhibitor, we recommend that you Increase visitor reach through our complimentary listing in the official TEE 2019 Catalogue.

Restaurant availability

There are various restaurants inside the hotel. The breakfast meal shall be provided for the exhibitors and an open buffet for lunch and afternoon refreshments will be available during the event days (9-11 July 2019).

How shall we pay the booth fee after we submit the application? Will there be any payment deadline?

Upon receipt of exhibitor’s Application & Registration Form,the organizer (Unigates Management Consulting) will send a written confirmation and an invoice for booth payment by email.
The booth fee should be paid within 15 working days from the date of invoice. All payment has to be made by T/T (telegraphic transfer) based on the invoice provided to exhibitors after the application is confirmed. All bank charges should be borne by the exhibitor. All payment shall be made by the date shown on the invoice, failure to pay the booth fee by the due date will be subject to cancellation of contract.

Is the exhibition open to public? How much dose the ticket cost?

The exhibition is open to public. The expo is open to all visitors for free of charge. No admission tickets are required.

Is there any qualification requirements for participating in Tunisia Education Expo?

Any schools or institutions, officially certified by governmental agencies or authorized representatives home and abroad in the international education community, are welcome to submit their applications. The organizer shall reserve the right to accept or refuse any application.
